  • Debris Filter Tools

The tool is composed of a large capacity screen basket, used to filter the wellbore fluids. It is designed to capture solids/debris that have been dislodged during a successful wellbore clean-out operation.

  • Downhole Magnets

The tool is high temperature resistant and creates a magnetic field. It is designed to capture of ferrous particles present inside the wellbore.

  • Downhole Scrapers and Brushes

Scrapers/Brushes consist of a solid mandrel equipped with high strength blades/fins, and are designed to provide 100% coverage of the inner wall of casings and liners, ensuring the effective removal of mud cake, cement sheath, pipe scale and/or shot burrs.

PETROECS scrapers and brushes can be used for all drilling and clean-out/displacement applications. The blades design provide contact at all angles of inclination, and can be oriented pin up or pin down.

  • Junk Catchers/Baskets

PETROECS offers Junk Catchers/Baskets that provide an easy and economical method to protect retrievable plugs and other downhole equipment from debris settling when performing remediation above.

  • Circulation Subs

They consist of ports which can be opened and closed an unlimited amount of times, to provide and optimize fluid path when washing debris from inside the casing. Contact PETROECS to make a request.

  • Jetting Tools

Jetting Tools efficiently remove attached solids by directing jetting forces to the BOP, risers and casings walls. The number of nozzles and direction of flow can be configured to accommodate surface equipment and hydraulic concerns. Contact PETROECS for more...

PETROECS provides an integrated suite of completion technologies, including wellbore mechanical cleaning tools, designed to remove drilling and completion debris/residue, ensuring a completion-ready wellbore, minimizing formation damage and enhancing production.
